I am very fortunate to be able to travel and experience the many different facets of this country. I have met many good people, made excellent and long lasting friendships, seen the beauty and majesty of nature and experienced some excellent cuisine. My favorites, other than the basic slab of meat with beans are Mexican, Thai, Chinese and sea food, although a beer and buffalo wings with a side of alligator tail ranks at the top also. As one travels north, the availability of good Mexican food becomes rare, especially in the central northern states. There is one eatery though that I discovered which I now frequent a lot.
If you ever pass through South Dakota on Interstate 90, stop by Corona Village in Mitchell. The food selection is extensive, the service is superb and the atmosphere is excellent.
